@DvdBonan : @Sonny13 how do i get u to come out to my gym in TO to show these people a thing or two? really solid players that could make it interesting

Since Twitter is more voyeuristic, responses from NBA players to tweets are few and far between. But @DvdBonan was surprised to hear back from the Raptor guard.

@Sonny13: @DvdBonan pick a day this week to have people at the gym and me and @DeMar_DeRozan will come play.

And then followed up with...

@Sonny13 : Me and @DeMar_DeRozan will be at the pavilion duff and 407 Wednesday night at 6:30 to run some open gym, yall come get smashed.

The power of Twitter. Sometimes all you have to do is just ask. Sonny and DeMar treated the Toronto pickup ballers and other Twitter-generated hype-seekers to a show. It looked like Sonny and DeMar made good on "smashing" the opposition—and making more fans and increasing their Twitter followers. Videos below.
